How the platform works
My Beauty Swap connects beauty professionals and members to trade, book, or swap services. The platform does not provide services directly, employ professionals, or guarantee the outcome of any service.
Subscriptions, payments, and fees
Some features may require payment or a subscription. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe. Subscription and platform fees are non-refundable. Users are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with payments.
Cancellation policies
Each professional sets their own cancellation policy, which is shown on their profile. By booking a service, you agree to follow that professional’s cancellation rules.
User content
Users can post photos, reviews, messages, and service descriptions. By posting content, you give My Beauty Swap permission to use it to run and promote the platform. Users are responsible for making sure all content is accurate and lawful.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not break the law, misrepresent themselves, harass or harm others, post spam or misleading content, or use the platform for unrelated solicitations. Accounts may be suspended or removed for rule violations.
Disclaimers
My Beauty Swap is provided as is. The platform may not always be available or error-free. The platform does not guarantee the quality or outcome of services or trades.
Limitation of liability
My Beauty Swap is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All members are also responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes, including income or business taxes, arising from services provided or points earned through the platform. My Beauty Swap does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of members.

Resolving disputes

Refunds
If a professional cancels a confirmed booking, members may request a full refund or reschedule. If a member cancels, the professional’s stated cancellation policy applies. Platform or subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Reporting misconduct
Fraud, harassment, or unsafe practices can be reported to info@mybeautyswap.com. Accounts may be suspended or removed based on verified reports.
Limitations
My Beauty Swap is not responsible for personal injury, satisfaction, or service quality.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. By accessing or using our services from outside Australia, you agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
