For Members
No subscription, no ongoing fees. You only pay a small 5.95% fee when you book a treatment. This covers payment processing, taxes, and keeping the platform running smoothly, so every swap is safe and seamless. You won’t be charged if a treatment doesn’t happen, the service fee only applies once it’s completed. Please note all payments are in USD.
For Beauty Professionals
Every time you earn points from providing a treatment, 3% goes back into the Beauty Bank. This keeps our beauty currency stable, the system fair, and supports special offers, promotions, and community rewards, so everyone benefits. If you are new, you can set your treatment points a little lower than average, for example, offering lashes for 60 points instead of 100, to build confidence, manage expectations, and grow your portfolio.

Do I need to tip?
In the USA, tipping is common in the beauty industry, and we respect that. On My Beauty Swap, tipping is completely optional.
We recommend keeping it non-tipping because the platform is designed to let you enjoy luxury treatments and services you might not normally be able to afford. A thoughtful 5-star review is a great alternative to a tip.
Keeping tipping optional ensures that everyone can access high-quality beauty services without pressure, while still allowing members who wish to tip to do so. Can I cancel reschedule a booking?
Yes, you can. Each member sets their own cancellation and rescheduling policy, and you’ll always see it clearly when you book a service.
That being said, life happens, and sometimes things come up that can’t be avoided. Our advice: be kind and understanding. Your time is valuable, and so is your fellow beauty professional’s. If someone is genuinely unwell or needs to cancel last minute, it’s nice to give them the benefit of the doubt. This community is built on trust, respect, and support, and excellent customer service goes both ways.
If a treatment doesn’t go ahead, you won’t be charged the service fee. The fee is only applied once the treatment is completed.
Can I use my points for products?
No, My Beauty Swap is all about treatments and services. Your beauty points are designed to be spent on experiences, not items. This way, every swap is focused on care, connection, and building self-confidence.
What if I don’t have enough points for a service?
You can always top up your Beauty Points to cover a service. Buying points is easy; you can purchase them instantly at a special discounted price, giving you more value and more beauty treatments to enjoy.

Can I delete my account anytime?
Yes, you can delete your My Beauty Swap account at any time. Simply go to your account settings and select Delete Account. Once deleted, your profile and Beauty Points will be permanently removed from the platform.
If you’d prefer, you can also choose to pause your account. This keeps your profile hidden but allows you to come back whenever you’re ready without losing your profile information or any points you’ve earned.
How do I report a member?
If you ever feel uncomfortable or notice something that doesn’t seem right, you can report a member directly from your dashboard. Simply click Report Member and share the details with us.
